| Production capacity |
 The entire production process is carried out with modern equipment, careful treatment and rigorous quality control.
The equipment consists of concrete factory and vibropressing machine with packing device produced by Austrian firm
"Amemaschien" and steaming room. Vibropressed concrete plates of different colors are made of separated assembly from Drina
with Portland cement type PC 20S 42,5 M and water cement factor W/C=0,35.
Coloring is done with the highest quality base colors produced by a German factory "Bayer". Various additives to concrete
(produced by German firm "Remei") are used to achieve maximum quality and frost and salt endurance.
Treatment of concrete is done in specialized chambers with adequate moist and temperature that last for 48 hours, thus
preventing overburning.
After treatment in the chamber, the concrete plates are placed on transportation palettes to go for final checking. The
plates that do not comply with the standards shall be removed during the checking process. Valid plates are then exposed to
moist for another two days (depending on weather conditions) after which they are considered as fully produced plates with
all the adequate characteristics.
Production capacities of the factory are the following: 1.000 meters of plates, 1.650 meters of edges 24x8x100 and 1.450
meters of edges sized 19x8x100.
