In the last four years, MN has invested large sums to create significant production potentials. The large amount of
investments was directed to concrete factory, cooler and resort "Guchevo". A great investment was also directed to
renovation of our rolling stock. The sum total of investments was 3.5 million euros.
MN plans new investments in the months to come. Construction of a new vibro-pressed plates factory will be finished
by mid-2007. The capacity of that facility will allow daily production of 2.000 square meters concrete products.
Construction of a new tourist resorts is planned in localities owned by the company, primarily on the banks of Drina, in
the vicinity of the town of Loznica. Finally, investments will be directed to acquiring a new technology for fruit
processing.
Considering technical and material resources that are available, as well as those being built and those will be
constructed and market demands, there are possibilities to enlarge our palette of offers; having in mind the primary
goals in our business plans which encompasses the period from present to the year 2010, MN has established the following
objectives:
a) to enlarge production rates and number of services and
b) extend business economics and achieve better profit
Enlargement in the production of goods and more MN services are based on the following:
- better and greater usage of existing and newly constructed facilities,
- increase of quality products by continual perfection of technological solutions, as well as applying standards in
technological processes, quality of raw materials and products,
- improved work and continual offer of fuel products on petrol stations, which entails extending sales offer in retail
trade,
- quality of accommodation and nutrition, as well as prices in all tourist and nutrition facilities
Beginning with 2007, MN will extend the amount of buying up and processing fruits to 3.300 tons. That level is to be
maintained in the years to come, with a small increase for about 200 tons.
Concrete production is projected to amount to 160.000 square meters in 2007; 200.000 square meters in 2008; 220.000
square meters in 2009 and 240.000 square meters in 2010. MN will use 80.000 square meters annually for its own
construction projects, while the rest of products will be sold to companies, entrepreneurs and individuals.
MN will expand its tourist and restaurant services to the average of 15% annually, while the sale of fuel oil products
and other commodities will increase for 10%.
MN economic potentials are not only significant because of its capacities, but are also very profitable. Each particular
output has all the preconditions required for net profits.
